Congruence of Practises to grow intuitive and creative expression. We will use a collection of practises from the yoga world, including dynamic asana, intention, mantra, visualisations, and other related ideas in order to grow and nourish your inner teacher, intuition, and your capacity to envisage and manifest. All welcome with open minds and hearts. Come and play. -
