I have been working with the Mahavidya Goddess Tradition for more than five years, unknowingly for more than a decade, and can profess to their unswerving awakening and healing capacities. If you wish to understand the wisdoms of the different manifestations of the Divine Mother, I offer workshops honouring the different forms of Kali covering many aspects of Yoga including asana, pranayama, mantra and meditations.

This work is offered only in person and I would love to see you for deep connection and transformation through what is an alchemical healing process. It is a powerful tool for transformation as well as a resource for personal growth and nourishment, and I invite anyone drawn to this to join us - men and women are welcome, Goddess work is for all no matter your background. I offer a safe and non judgemental space in which you are invited to fully be yourself. No experience is required although an openness to your own darkness is important and a willingness to breathe into your own uncomfortable spaces, physical and non physical. Some experience in work either Yoga or Mantra is a good idea but get in touch if you're not sure. We will work with the tools of Tantra, using visual, sonic, meditative and kinaesthetic means to taste and embody the Goddess in Her manifestations.
