This page is a small introduction to a meditative space that has for more than 14 years been the entire foundation of my expression as a form of awakened consciousness - I walk in the same form, I bear the same names to some old friends, but since arriving in my spiritual home, falling beyond care for an old life, the inner ground of my understanding and consciousness have never been the same. I continue to return to my Spiritual Home in the south of Jai Ma, if you want to join me please read on. Not for first timers to Asia because this is not a cultural introduction but a dedicated time for retreat and Discovery - through silence and beyond measure.

In some respects easy, in other respects the most challenging, this practise will take you Directly to the core of Your Self. This is a practise of Self Discovery through discriminative Atma Vichara (self enquiry) and can offer a direct experience of Truth. Led by the foundations of the Great sages and teachers who have lit the way ahead of us.

If you wish to join in this opportunity for meditative enquiry accompanied by essential practises of embodiment (including Yoga, Pranayama, Kirtana), I offer meditation and opportunities for retreat to provide a chance to dive deep into Silence outside of the challenges of day to day commitments - I welcome you and with urgency invite you to come - all are welcome, though some experience of living or travelling in the country is especially recommended.

All welcome but the accommodation is basic and the cost deliberately low. Vegetarian, local and please leave a few days either side to acclimatise.
