In some respects easy, and in other respects the most challenging, this practise will take you Directly to the core of your Being. This is a practise of Self Discovery through discriminative Self Enquiry and can offer a direct experience of Truth. If you wish to join in an opportunity for deep meditative enquiry accompanied by essential practises of embodiment (including Yoga, Pranayama, Kirtana), I offer meditation and opportunities for retreat to provide a chance to dive deep into Silence outside of the challenges of day to day commitments - I welcome you and with urgency invite you to come - all are welcome and I encourage anyone with health issues, especially non-physical, to join.
