MANTRA SADHANA
ESSENTIAL AND INTENTIONAL SOUND AND SONIC VIBRATIONAL HEALING OFFERINGS
Mantra Sadhana (in Sanskrit) over time provides a way to invoke the frequencies and blessings of the various Pure Essences of the Eternal through linguistic-sonic means, working with Sanskrit mantra. Through the use of your own vocal pronunciation, with attentiveness you will call upon the qualities of the Divine - to some barely tangible yet essential for anyone dedicated to spiritual practise.
With dedication you will manifest essential qualities of the Divine in your life and experience. However a single session can have an impact of a profound nature, and I have had numerous students tell me of this.
I AM NOT OFFERING THIS ONLINE. If you wish to dive into Mantra work, please get in touch or join me in a workshop. There are regular workshops for beginners and experienced students, and if you wish to immerse in specific and more complicated mantras I offer one to ones to work closely on sound pronunciation, and use other means to invoke the healing qualities of the deities through sound.
You can begin this work through attending a Kirtan which is introductory to sound work. It is not the same but if you are not sure about taking it further, it can be a way in - the practises offered here differ in length, detail and setting to what is offered in a general Kirtan.
I have always been immersed in sound - I trained in Western Experimental Classical Music as a Pianist spending a decade at University and Music College, before turning towards Yoga and embracing the world of Sound Healing, Kirtana and Mantra. Ive trained in Tibetan Bowls Healing, Gongs, Gamelan, Indian Vocals and am immersed in Mantra and Song all the time.
